These are the rates for the 2022 seasons. The morning of departure is not counted. |

Terms: Our preference is for on-line bank transfer. A deposit of 50% is charged to confirm a booking and the balance 10 working days prior to the commencement of occupancy.

The daily rates cover four occupants plus an additional $10 daily per person above that, excluding children up to and including 15 years.

| The house comfortably holds 6 adults and at a stretch 8. In addition a cot is provided. |
| For ten consecutive days of booking at any time of the year we can negotiate a discount. Out-of-season specials are advertised by group email to past guests
The Bay enjoys mild and sunny winters and during this time special long-stay terms may be available involving several weeks. Please contact Margaret for options.
