Recognising the economic climate and the reluctance to travel due to petrol prices, we have introduced new daily rates for 2011 to 2102 that are considerable savings on the previous rates. The morning of departure is not counted. Terms: For the purposes of security our preference is for all payments to be by on-line bank transfer, however we do have a credit card option. The flat fee of $80 is charged when booking and the daily-rate balance charged 5 working days prior to the commencement of occupancy.

The rates cover all occupants - the house comfortably holds 6 with bed-settee space for two more.
Our visitors will be entitled to seasonal specials, notified individually by email. The Bay enjoys mild and sunny winters and during this time special long-stay terms are available. Please contact Margaret for options.
